Garry Morgan, Professor of Intercultural Studies, has taught at Northwestern College since 1999. Prior to that he spent 18 years in Kenya with World Venture and Mission: Moving Mountains, where he was involved in Muslim outreach, discipleship, teaching, community-based development and missionary training. Garry earned a Doctor of Missiology degree from Western Seminary in Portland, OR in 1995 and is an ordained Baptist minister. He has been married to Connie since 1981, and they have a daughter, Kristina, born in 1986 who is a graduate of Northwestern. The Morgans live in St. Anthony, MN. In addition to teaching, Garry enjoys canoeing, hiking and travel. While at Northwestern, he has led five student teams on two-month overseas internships.
