Rev. Roland J. Wells, Jr. Executive Director
Twenty years in the 'hood-that life experience, rebuilding an historic urban congregation in the midst of drug dealers, poverty, gunshots and the rebirth of a neighborhood make Roland Wells an entertaining and riveting conference speaker.  He has spent a lifetime re-visioning and rebuilding ministries.  St. Paul's Church's inspiring story has been featured by Leadership Journal.  Wells has been featured on CitySites Urban Media, Asbury Seminary's annual Kingdom Conference, Peoria's Southside Mission Annual Dinner, and has served as a regular workshop leader at the Ethnic America Network's Ethnic Workers' Summit for several years and many other media outlets.

Traci Kohls—Program Director
Traci has been Program Director since January 2009, however, she has been a part of the ministry longer: in 2006 she was privileged to be the Resident Director for the first group of U4C students! Currently, she works in areas of the program, from student recruitment and enrollment, to administration of faculty and internship sites and overall financial management of the program. Traci holds a degree in Parish Administration from Concordia College, St. Paul. She is a Commissioned Minister - Religion in the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. In 2007 she graduated from the University of MN with a Master’s of Education in Family Education.
