Rev. Dr. Ken Young
Race & Ethnicity in America
Presently Dr. Young serves as Professor of Christian Ministries and Education at Northwestern College in St. Paul, MN. In the past his experience has included pastor, teacher, counselor, speaker, and prolific writer. In 1999 Christianity Today presented a national award to Northwestern College for Race and Ethnicity in America, which Dr. Young had been teaching. He has been honored in his community with the Martin Luther King achievement award. Dr. Young served as a leader for the Evangelical Free Church of America where he presented at national EFCA district conferences and served on the Eastern District task force of racial reconciliation. He also served on the Board of Directors for the EFCA North Central District.
